Flory, a proud Manggarai local, brings more than 15 years of experience in Labuan Bajo’s tourism industry to his role at Komodo Kayaking. As both Operations Manager and Kayak Instructor, he combines his deep knowledge of the region with a genuine passion for the sea.

What excites Flory most is sharing the wild beauty of Komodo National Park, paddling through crystal waters, spotting dolphins, mantas, turtles, and even Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat. For him, kayaking isn’t just a sport, it’s the best way to experience the park up close and responsibly.

He chose to work with Komodo Kayaking because of its strong values: a commitment to safety, conservation, and empowering local communities. Flory is especially proud to train and mentor new local guides, helping them develop the same respect and love for the sea that drives him every day.
